	Great prices on Dickies Workwear, and cash back tracked and confirmed very quickly. Let down by poor delivery - an order for five items split into three deliveries, the last one took 3 weeks to come and only arrived after chasing up. I also had problems getting a refund for an out of stock item. All sorted in the end though.

	Don't waste your time with these idiots. Top cashback did all they could to chase up the cash back but refused to pay out. Didn't even give a reason.

	Purchased from this merchant in September 2009. Confirmation of cashcack did not appear and my claim has been ignored by them ever since. No reason given why I did not receive the £6 odd cashback. Do not expect all plain sailing from Tooled Up as they do not respond to claims and appear to be random in not paying.

	Order placed 19th March and cashback has only just appeared in pending on 4th May, very slow. Goods received quickly so no problem with service from retailer and would use again in future.

	Easy to use site, goods I wanted in stock. Accepted the £5 off voucher no problem. Delivery was quick and they sent E mails letting me know the status of my order. Tracked within a day and quickly changed to confirmed, so all looking good up to now.
