Just a quick note, i was a bit worried after seeing some of the other comments, i now have a payable transaction, from the end of January, had no problems with this company, or from tcb. Brilliant all round. very good choice of products too.

I use Tooled Up when Screwfix don't offer the product I looking for and overall the service is good, just not a quick on delivery as screwfix. Again cashback a bonus.

Ordered twice from company and both times items that were in stock on website took over a month to be delivered. Several e-mails saying it will be in stock by X date followed by, will be in stock at a later date.
Won't be using again

Didn't get cashback from the merchant after spendiing nearly £300. Topcashback tried but Tooled up wouldn't budge. Disappointing... Won't be shopping there again.

REALLY disappointed .............still waiting for a 2009 cashback which didn't even track. Same with very recent purchase. Will submit missing transaction claim but in 2009 this had no effect!! Shame because otherwise a great company.
Will update if paymany recd.

I placed an order in Nov 2009 - to date no cashback received, I replaced another order around the same time in 2010 - again no cashback received despite sending numerous nudges. I will not use this retailer again.

Offer some really good deals and will only use them when they are the true cheapest without the cash back included.
Have tracked, but never confirmed or paid out on the last 4 visits, continually chased through topcashback to no avail and of course topcashback has no teeth to get it back in reality.
Still waiting confirmation for a £50 order back in December 2009! Only worth the hassle if products are cheaper than anyone else without including the cash back, as like most people say on here you may never get the money you rightfully expect!

Cashback failed to track and after 8 months Top Cash back have failed to trace the cashback. However the retail experience was good. Goods were delivered promptly and were good value.

I placed an order on the 27 July and didn't receive till the 5 August even though it said in-stock on the web-page. When it arrived it was damaged with a slight bend in the tool. I got in touch and they said return it for a replacement. I returned it on the 11 August via Royal Mail and still haven't had a replacement tool. I still to this day 3 months later have not received a replacement tool. It has been over 7 years since I have ordered of this firm because there service was very unreliable and there after service has not improved at all once they have got your money.

Ordered goods 7/4/10 but they weren't in stock. Waited a week then contacted their customer services and they said they would look into it but they didn't.
I called back and they said they hadn't done anything because they'd been too busy. Made a complaint and they ignored it. There were a few ignored emails and broken promises of ring backs inbetween but I think you get the picture.
THEY ARE AWFUL
Order finally fulfilled 25/5/10
To add insult 3+ months on and I'm still waiting for them to give me my cashback.
