Note that Thorntons does not guarantee Saturday delivery, *even if you pay* for delivery on a Saturday!
I ordered chocolates for Mother's Day and paid £5.95 for Saturday delivery. The gift didn't arrive until Monday. I called Thorntons and they credited the delivery charge back to my credit card.

Unbelievable ! Tracked within about 4 hours and at 10% when only 8% stated on homepage. If this clears as fast as it tracked, they must go down as the fastest payers on the web, here`s hoping.
