Cashback did not track although the retailer was having problems with internet orders at the time which could have caused this. For the same reason, the order was not processed straight away and delivery was delayed but the retailer kept me well informed of the problems they were experiencing. The product was excellent and very good value.

Great service but did not realise that the cashback was on the price before VAT which was not clear therefore the cashback I received was less than I expected but apart from that the service and delivery were excellent and I would go back to them again
