after i'd ordered, received email to say item was not currently in stock, then didn't hear from them again despite emailing customer services. ended up cancelling and ordering from someone else. cashback tracked immediately, but i don't think i would use them again

Ordered 2 items from them only to receive an email 2 weeks later stating that they are unable to full fill the order, so order cancelled. Not the 1st time this has happened, but cashback did track which will probably now be declined
