3 of the 4 books were dispatched quickly, but the last 1 was said to be out of stock but coming in soon. There information was really misleading, as the delivery note with the 3 books said that I wouldn't be refunded and then charged when the book was dispatched. But my credit card didn't show a credit. I emailed the helpdesk to ask, but didn't recieve a reply for 5 days, by which point my book had arrived. My credit card was charged again, but then also refunded. The fourth book wasn't packaged as well as it should have been and was slightly damaged.
