I had no problems with this retailer. The curtains I ordered were as described and were at the lowest price I could find for the brand I wanted. Delivery was fast. Cash back tracked within a few hours and became payable about five weeks after delivery.

I orderd curtains at 12.30 Wednesday, tracked by 13.30 and delivered 11.30 Thursday. Can't complain about service like that. Hoping the cashback pays out as others seem to have had problems but the curtains are the perfect match for my room and the communication from Terrys was excellent throughout the process. Recommended.

Customer Service is not good. They wanted photographic proof of fault before they would take the item back. I am now waiting for a refund which is 2 weeks overdue.
