Received the full £105 cashback for Superfast Fibre package, but forfeiting a star as it took closer took 12 weeks to go to payable rather than the estimated 8 weeks, while being listed as a "faster paying".

TalkTalk = Terrible company to deal with. Dreadful customer service, ie.non-existent.This generous cashback offer comes at a very high price when things go wrong.

Was at first very sceptical about joining Talk Talk, considering some of the horrendous reviews I read . However, from going "live" to money received in bank was exactly 9 weeks. I thought this was excellent and other than a minor billing error have been very happy with Talk Talk.
