Waited almost 4 months now and it still hasn't even started tracking. Lodged a claim on numerous occasions. The cashback was the main reason why I signed up to Talk Talk and they have taken far too long.

Absolute con. Waited 9 months after taking out a faster fibre broadband package expecting £90 cashback for it to be declined. Wish I'd have taken out subscription with a different retailer now. Feel like I've been conned. Steer clear of this cashback and look elsewhere!

do not touch, merchant said they couldnt find my claim it has only took them from august and now im stuck with really rubbish tv and broadband for 18 month, shocking service, the only reason i went with them was for the cash back or i wouldn't have bothered
