20% tracked then they switched and paid 1% - avoid
All tracked as normal at 20% then when it came to the payment date they switched the rate down to 1% with no warning. Would not recommend if expecting cashback.

Shocking
I only went with this company die to the cash back when hiring a car abroad. They were not the cheapest or the best reviews, but gave it a go due to the level of cash back, that I had factored into the holiday budget. The car rental company were very efficient in the hire of the car, but then the cash back was rejected. I queried this with Topcashback and basically I am not having it and there is nothing they can do now.
Makes me think twice about using Topcashback, what they are advertising they do, they do not fulfil basically.......just a warning.

I was expecting over £100 cashback from this retailer but they declined the claim. Don't bother.

Why my cashback amount is zero and changed to payable without resolution?
I have made a purchase through Topcashback to rent the car in the Stress Free Car Rental website and completed the online transaction with full amount paid. However I got the transaction tracked in Topcashback with zero amount which even became payable status without good reason. The cashback amount is relatively substantial. If I got zero, will never go for this retailer to rent my car.
I have lodged a claim but seems I need to wait for ages to expect any feedback. Really a worst experience to this retailer
