Like other users I had to pay customs duty to receive my parcel. Several months later my e mails have been ignored and I have not received my refund. In addition, my cashback has not tracked. I won't use this retailer again.

Quick transaction. However wrong amount of cashback was recorded. I purchased £21.5 but in the cashback page, it only said £17.5. Submitted a claim more than 1 month ago but haven't heard from them. Horrible!

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them! I ordered a product. Because of a sequence of errors on their part, he did not arrive for several months. After endless correspondence, I asked for a special shipment, but they insisted I add more money. Worst service and product I did not receive. And especially from Bianca who doesn't deserve to work with people at all, with an attitude like hers.

Strawberry net have refused to pay saying they can't find my transaction, maybe this is because they left it over 2 years to sort it out. Will not bother again.

As with laurab24,2 days after order placed I also had a request for autility bill for proof of id, despite using visa debit with verified by visa, 7 days later email wanting to know if purchase still wanted ? By now too late for christmas ! Another 7 days and apparently card was declined despite using it elsewhere ? Do not use this company ever just because cashback is generous, wouldn't you rather get purchase at all with some cashback than no purchase at all !

What a hassle. Paid via PayPal, order delayed as they requested scanned utility bill, sent that and then they requested a scanned bank statement - why? I'd paid through PayPal. Then advised my order had been cancelled. OK they refunded the correct amount - but would never deal with them again

They also sell through ebay. Looking at the same products on their own website and ebay, their website was more expensive. Eg a product that costs £37 on the website, was £34 on ebay - and postage was free for both.

The amount of customs charges I had to pay to receive my order was nearly double the cost of my order. If I had known it would be so high, I would not have bothered ordering as they were not very much cheaper than UK based retailers.

Excellent retailer. If you get billed for duty/customs, just send them a scan/photo of your bill and they refund you immediately! Now that's what I call customer service.
