	tracked and good arrived fine. note though that charges for mailing were raised by royal mail, but strawberry net refunded there after they were queried

	Have used StrawberryNET frequently for years, they are very reliable and good value. However, don't seem to be able to get them to track and as it is easier to keep orders under £18 to avoid import duty, postal charges and delays, the cashback amounts at 2.5% are always less than a pound so never able to submit an enquiry.

	tracked really quickly, delivery was quick and well wrapped up as well

	Had a customs charge but they refunded it (though they say not always will they do so). They were great about it and service was fantastic - would recommend!
