Love dealing with Companies with Good Customer Service. Nice easy transaction from placing my order to delivery of goods and the quality of the goods purchased is Excellent. Courier left first delivery with my local Post Office, which was great, saved me having to ring for re-delivery or travel 4.5 miles to my local sorting office. Have shopped with DAPW again.

This place do have great products but their customer service is appalling. If you are unlucky and your item is out of stock or there's some other problem, they basically have no system for resolving any problems. They messed me around for almost two months over an out of stock sheet, all the while selling the almost identical replacement on their website. No reocmpense offered and they insist you phone them for everything, so half the convenience of online shopping is lost. I am torn. Their products are the absolute best at this price point, no contest, but it's a gamble, and if you are unlucky it's a real hassle. I would say, get sheets and things from here, especially the silk and the 600 percale, but don't spend your big money with this shop as you could lose out.
Also their email system is insecure so I get constant spam via their google checkout every time I buy from them. Not terribly reassuring.

I had a split delivery because an item was out of stock - I was never credited for the second item which arrived a month later!
I have used the merchant several times now and the service is very good and the cashback does get tracked and paid out. Product quality is excellent. I will be back for more from this merchant.

Excellent supplier/retailer. Top quality products. First class delivery service. Packed well. Great communication. Have used three or four times and will do so again. Only wish is that they would put one or two simple coloured patterns or colours as all my bed is cream or white!
