They sent me the wrong size duvet cover, and then couldn't replace it with the correct size, as didn't have any left. The pillow protectors had black marks on them, but they replaced those free of charge.

Great service, great products but wriggled out of cashback with comment "network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Disappointing as couldn't fault them otherwise.

Great products, good prices, quick delivery but wriggled out of paying cashback. Claimed that topcashback was not the last referrer despite me making my order on a laptop that I had specifically used because I had never visited their site on it, clicked through to their website via topcashback (as logged), put items in basket and then paid 12 minutes after my initial click (as logged by topcashback/paypal) - claim refused. Their products are great but don't rely on cash back.

Very disappointed to have this cashback declined! I am therefore unable to recommend this retailer which is very unfortunate as I might have had some very positive things to say about them otherwise. Unless this claim is honoured I will be shopping elsewhere for bedding.

Tracked quickly still waiting for pay out, D&PW customer service not great as when order i was advised the latest i would receive my goods was 27 dec but did not receive till 3 weeks after that, would not have ordered & paid for goods that take 5 weeks to arrive!!

The % cashback offered was 8.08%. The amount the product i purchased was £51.00 but is only showing at £43.40. I work this out that cashback should have been earned at £4.12 but only tracking at £2.62. Cashback not as offered and worked out on wrong purchase price.

There appears to be no problems with the quality of their products but I have now been waiting since October 2010 for the cashback. As an experienced TCB customer with many successful trades under my belt I am at a loss to see why this company has continued to drag it's heels.
Under these circumstances I can only advise potential TCB customers to keep well away - it appears you will be wasting your time!

Ordered 2 duvets for my kids but was unable to find care instructions on th website. The duvets were delivered quickly but when we read the label they were dry clean only which is not ideal. Returned items later that day with recorded delivery(£10) which was recieved by DAPW on 4/1/2011. Had to email on the 17th as had recieved no refund and then had to phone on the 24th as still no refund! 20 days after recieving the goods back they finally refunded my money but with no apology or good will gesture. Won't use again

Declined cashback, even though I know I went via TCB and have the screenshot showing my visit was recorded by TCB. Nice products, although pricey even more so when you don't get the cashback due to you. Poor show!!

Soak & Sleep were the worse CB member I have used in the 4 years I have been a member - They got the amount spent incorrect and then would not pay out any of the CB earned! They may get better with time but in my experience they were difficult to deal with in CB and with my overall order from them.

Would not use again due to poor customer service. I placed my order on Sunday evening a couple of weeks ago. I e-mailed the customer services two hours later to cancel my order. I had a reply on Monday evening saying that my order cannot be cancelled as it has been already despatched and advising me to refuse the delivery. I did this over a week ago and apparently my return still has not been received yet and I still have not been refunded. I have no goods and my money still has not been returned.

They declined my claim of the cash back and I have no idea why, Topcashback showed that I had gone through their website to order. I wouldn't use them again unless it was very much cheaper.Very disappointed as this is the first time this has happened to me. I could understand if there had been an explanation for this.

Poor customer service. I placed an order and cancelled within a couple of hours. 2 and half weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Do not reccomend.
