Sounds simple enough to earn cashback. But had to involve customer services as the system wouldn’t upload my receipt for my goods. However the customer service team were fantastic and got the whole issue solved in no time at all. Would I recommend snap and save.... yes 100%.

First time in using this service and I have to say I'm more than impressed. Having just received £15.00 BACS transfer all for just sending a photo of my receipt for fuel. I will definitely be using this app now and already have seen some offers I want to do. The only small gripe I had was in not being informed until I had to do it that it takes 72 hours to confirm my details before I could transfer the money, and then a further 3 days to get the money. Maybe this could be made clearer on sign up and would help speed up the transaction time. But this is a small complaint as I am more than happy with the service thus far.
