Delivery was not the quickest and when the bed was delivered it was damaged and had obviously been packed as such, it had not been damaged in transit. Customer services were helpful and a replacement was sent. Cashback was refused, maybe because the transaction was not straightforward because of the damage, although this was through no fault of our own. If you are buying from them because of the cashback, I would not rely on receiving the cashback.

Ordered a bed from this merchant and on placing the order was told it was out of stock and was offered an alternative. However because the bed I wanted would be in stock before I needed it stayed with the original bed. I was advised that if the bed arrived on the Thursday it would be put for delivery on the Friy. As I did not receive an email confirming its arrive I had not made arrangements to take delivery. Customer services were very good and said they would return it to the warehouse and redeliver on Monday. However when I got home the parcels containing the bed had been left in the front garden - luckily none had been taken. I cannot fault customer services as the lady tried very hard. However when we put the bed together it was faulty, but we managed to correct this. I have not seen any evidence of the cashback - which is the only reason I used this merchant in the first place.

Avoid. Customer service very poor and rude manager. Ordered a mattress which was delivered on time. When I unwrapped it, the smell was horrendous. I was advised by Sleeping Solutions to let it air for a few days which I did and to get back if I was not happy. I called back to say I wasnt happy with the smell and was advised to let it air for a week. Still not happy, I asked to speak to the manager - Sue - who said it may smell up to 2 weeks - then in the next sentence it was a few weeks! It doesnt say anywhere on the product that you have to air to get rid of smells. Some Sleeping Solutions webpages say you should air this mattress for several hours. Overall, the managers' attitude was rude and she interrupted me a lot.
I revisited their website within 1 hour of making the comment about the webpaage and inconsistent information and they have now changed the text on their webpages. I am contacting Trading Standards and elevating this complaint.

Purchase made in January, cashback did not track and nothing heard since. Bed was damaged on arrival but customer service was exellent and damaged part was replaced.

Although the cashback showed on the pending and confirmed quite quickly, I am still waiting to receive the cashback. I bought my bed in March and it is now the 22nd June. The mattress, however, is lovely and very good quality and I would definitely buy from them again and delivery was on time and reliable.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Sleeping Solutions. I have to mention the fact that my sight is failing and I phoned up to ask questions that had already been answered on the site but which I, literally, did not see. When I phoned the people I dealt with were extremely helpful and polite and, most important to me, not at all patronising.
I now need a headboard and another bed for the spare room. I will shop at Sleeping Solutions and recommend them. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service. They rang to confirm delivery & I found I'd ordered the wrong product. They changed it to the correct one and honoured the original order price - the new one was slightly dearer - & delivered on the priginal promised date within one week of my order.
