Got cash back… 1 year late
Had to raise a claim as merchant confirmed cash back as £0. One year later, claim eventually successful. So frustrating merchants like this. Pull the finger out!

Over 4 months since hiring the van, over 3 months since submitting missing cashback claim and still no update. Unless resolved this month I will go elsewhere for my upcoming van hire

Two Transactions that I had over 2 years ago for which I hired two weeks apart, only after two years they've decided not to pay top cashback! Absolutely terrible!

Cashback disn't track and the merchant does not accept queries according to TCB. Missed out on cashback for a £500 rental. Not pleased. Will not use TCB again when renting with Sixt.

Can't recommend. Made a booking and the van center couldn't give me a van because i was 24 not 25. Their support told me tough luck and cashback was cancelled obviously.

As others have said below problems with cashback. The transaction did not track properly and from the wording it appears that SixT themselves do not bother to respond. I waited patiently but nothing, only after bombarding with messages and nudges did Topcashback themselves responded and that took 9 months from the original hire. Avoid.

Car hire experience with Sixt always very good. Cashback experience terrible. Have made many rentals the majority of which have been declined although TCB did manage to retrieve a couple of payments owing. Currently three cashbacks owing, some long-term, and despite many nudges nothing seems to be happening. I think Sixt should not be listed as offering cashback in view of the negative reviews.
