very quick cashback on car hire and competitive price for short notice booking with no risk of cancellation charges which was a boon because my flight was very late to the point of almost being cancelled

It was an adequate payout time although they took payment in Euros which meant the service cost £2 or so more thus reducing overall cashback value.

The deal was good value anyway the cashback made it excellent value. However the cash back was not received within the time scale quoted, but this was possibly because the payout is that many weeks after the hire, rather than after payment. Was disappointed with the car allocated though, which was not really a Golf equivalent and service was very slow.

Did everything right. Car was returned and inspected with no problems. Got the conformation email that there was no extra charges. 30 days later the payment has been declined for no reason.

My sister got her £62 cashback but I didn't for the identical purchase!
My sister and I purchased the exact offer last summer. Her cashback immediately tracked and she got £62.50 Mine didn't so after a number of weeks I raised a ticket It took nearly 9 months to go through the complaints process. Sixt initially recognised they had made a mistake but then declined the cashback. It's really unfair that companies can be misleading

Cashback was declined for no apparent reason 2 months after I rented the vehicle... Very annoying as I would probably not have rented through them if not for the cashback...

7 months and counting since I rented the car, and still no cashback. Topcashback refuse to contact Sixt to pursue payment. Don't bother.

Although the actual car rental was fine, the cashback has taken nearly a year to come through! Sixt obviously are the main culprit in this and it really reflects badly on them. However, with so much negative comment on this merchant, tcb also have a responsibility - isn't it time they just refused to deal with them?

Rented a car in March, returned, everything is fine but the cashback is still pending!!!! Some other merchant has already make my cashback in July payable, don't know why Sixt needs half a year to process it! Or maybe never process it! Not expect Sixt will make it even confirmed one day...Seriously, this is a lie...Based on all the comments, I suggest you not try it at all...

Like other reviewers, Sixt just doesn't even track the cashback. I don't think companies who have a bad record should even be listed as a merchant, some people will book through a company based on the potential cashback, and if a company doesn't even bother to give it, they shouldn't be on here.

Showed up on my account as £0.00, so it must have tracked However, no cashback was received, despite several nudges Very disappointed. I hire a car nearly every week at the moment, so they've lost out to Hertz who are more reliable, and pay back 10% instead of 5%

Keeps getting declined
Cash back keeps getting declined and now it doesn’t even show on the dashboard. Not sure if it is SIXT or Top cashback

Long Process, claim accepted then rejected(?)
My sister and I both used Sixt last summer when travelling France. She claimed her circa £60 cashback with no problem, I followed the same procedure (we did it on the phone together) and my cashback didn't show. After a very lengthy process to log the complaint I received an email to confirm the cashback but then it was later rejected with no explanation as to why. I saw my balance went up temporarily (I think the pence/pound sign was incorrect so I was just expecting it to autocorrect as many other suppliers do). This is very disappointing and frustrating, because I'm not sure how to go about challenging this again :(
