Cashback disn't track and the merchant does not accept queries according to TCB. Missed out on cashback for a £500 rental. Not pleased. Will not use TCB again when renting with Sixt.

Payout was fast, approx 6 weeks after car use, however you don't get any cashback for extras that aren't bookable online, like cover for cross border driving etc.

Can't recommend. Made a booking and the van center couldn't give me a van because i was 24 not 25. Their support told me tough luck and cashback was cancelled obviously.
