Bought Policy for good price back in May 2017. SW stated 12wks to pay cash back. Finally arrived mid November. I'm sure they could sort quicker!!

Purchase of Sheila's Wheels car insurance has failed to track twice. Very disappointing Despite logging an enquiry with Topcashback for first purchase problem never resolved as Sheilas Wheels just said they could not track the transaction to Topcashback.

When I signed up the cash back was £37.25 but it dropped 2 days later to £10.50 and I was credited £10.50 still a cain going through, but all you TC will know how annoying it can be

I purchased my car insurance for Sheilas wheels in June 2012 through Topcashbabck and they have never paid up despite lodging an appeal through tcpcashback. I would not buy my insurance from them again by calculating the policy cost with the cashback taken into account. They did come up as the lowest cost for my renewal and it pained me to use them again after losing faith in their integrity.

Just received my renewal notice from Sheilas Wheels, coinciding with TCB's report that my cashback claim was being declined because SW couldn't track the transaction. What a load of rubbish! Definitely not even thinking about SW this year and hope that TCB will do what they can to get them off their list of suppliers. Why give yourself the hassle??

Both my wife's and my cashback didn't track even though we used our own topcashback accounts and the purchases were made in different months. The missing cashback claim was then declined. Do not take cashback into account when choosing who to purchase your insurance from. Something a bit strange going on in my opinion!

Whilst the cashback was only £10, It never registered and I never received it. Despite putting all information in (nothing abnormal), had to go through lengthy conversation with customer service - so not as straight forward as other online providers. Waited for cashback, evidence of purchase all there, no response or answer from Sheila's Wheels, Topcashback offered £5 good will, but it isnt TCB's fault if retailer doesnt follow through so didnt feel right accepting it. TCB always good communication, thank you. Sheila's Wheels are coming up in same region with other quotes this time around, i will pay a couple quid extra to avoid them.

Didn't track initially. Submitted a claim to TCB and it was added to my account but has still not been paid. Estimated Payable Date is showing as 31 Aug 11. I have sent two nudges to TCB and nothing. I don't think I'm getting my money.

Took out car insurance in may 2010, nothing tracked and whilst Top cashback (TCB) has dealt with queries and nudges from me on a monthly basis, today I was informed I was unlikely to receive the cash back as the retailer was not responding. TCB offered an amount of cashback as a gesture of good will which is very good of them, but I don't think this is right. The retailer should cough up, I don't feel right this site (which we all value) should have to pay the cost. The service from sheila's wheels wasn't great either when I had to phone to correct some information they had wrongly recorded. They were on par with other insurers in terms of cost so the cash back would have been a small bonus, but next time Sheila's Wheels will not get my business, it will cost them more that £10 to get me back!

Initially tracked ok, and cashback for a lot more than current rate. But then it went to not payable. Followed up via TCB and never heard anything back at all, followed up again and still no response. It was my cheapest policy despite the cashback, but a poor experience. This was a year ago, renewal cheapest via comparison site but SW would not price match their own quote.

I took out car insurance with Shiela's Wheels in Dec 2009. The insurance was competitive without the cashback. The cashback did not log and I had to log a claim. Despite this and numerous nudges Shiela's Wheels failed to deliver cashback. Nothing wrong with their product, just their cashback service. I would not use Shiela's Wheels again with cashback as part of the process - I would not expect it to work. On top of that their renewal quote is excessive, and they will not review it even though I can evidence lower quotes elsewhere. They have lost my business. The Topcashback team continued to pursue my claim until it was very clear it would not be paid, then made a gesture themselves which was very much appreciated.

Did not track and I've had to chase up through topcashback. Took 4 months but now have full cashback. :) would recommend if you are patient. However used them before and had no probs at all with cashback

Competitive prices and good cashback offered, though some purchasers seem to have had difficulty in receiving cashback promised. Too soon to comment definitely about cashback payment, though they do seem to be slow in acknowledging the sum due.

I wouldn't touch Sheila's Wheels again with a barge pole! I have been chasing my cashback since last November, they did give me a confirmed amount a few months back but then it went to zero when it became payable!! Top Cashback have been fantastic in perservering for me but if you're relying on the cashback from these to make your quote cheaper then I wouldn't bother.

Still waiting after 7 months. To date still not cashable. Using the covids excuse for the delay? Strange they took my money off me in a instant. Stay clear if you expect cashback in the allotted waiting period. I will not be re insuring with Shelia again and will go back to Tony Tesco!!??

Get to the card entry to pay then goes technical fault 500 and you have to call them. Rang to report 5 days ago and still having the same issue. Not a good experience.
