	love shark ninja first purchase got cashback easily,next time not so good but raised a claim and the wonderful people at TCB got the payment,I am happy and continue to use TCB for all my purchases and always raise a ticket when there is a problem recently purchased more shark ninja products the new thermal robot and tracked no problems looking forward to my next cashback

	Declined. Again!! This is the second time I've made a large purchase from Ninja via TopCashback. And the second time cashback has been declined. They shouldn't be able to advertise through TopCashback if they have no intention of ever honouring the cashback offer. TopCashback offer advice to prevent it happening again but I do all those things and other website's cashback works fine. Very dodgy, SharkNinja.

	They don’t honour cashback Declined my cashback claiming it didn’t track, noticed I’m not the only one, topcashback should delist them as this is false representation.

	NOT HONOURED: cashback offer of 10%, but it tracked at 1% There was an exclusive cashback offer of 10% back in April 2026, and it tracked at 1%. I raised a claim and the answer from SharkNinja was that: "The correct cashback has already been awarded for this purchase." Not trustworthy, bait and switch.

	Declined payout claiming I did not access them via topcashback! Absolutely shocking! Took them weeks to come to this conclusion, and of course the item can no longer be returned! DO NOT PURCHASE SHARK OR NINJA ITEMS FROM THEM! Absolute scamming dicks.

	Decline without a good reason I purchased from SharkNinja and it has been declined. We didn't use a promo code for the purchase so it's not clear as to why they've rejected it.

	Worked fine for me My son wanted the latest model Ninja AirFryer for his birthday - I bought it using this and it worked (£16.66 cashback) with no hassle. About a month for the transaction to cashback end to end.

	Surprised at all the negatives I have gone through top cashnack to buy all my shark hoovers and carpet cleaners as I swear by there products and after buying from Dyson and all the rest shark products out perform them all in my experience. I have always had my cash back approved and paid out. It does state if you use a voucher code or new sign up discount code it won’t track at the higher amount but sure why I get my payouts and no one else does ?!!!
