	Genuine Purchases Cashback Declined. Over the last few months l have made a number of purchases of Ninja products through Topcashback and all have been declined, why offer it. The other question is after so many negative reviews, why are Topcashback still listing them. Ninja products are expensive but good quality and can't fault their customer service, but no point pretending to offer cashback.

	No explanation Bought a coffee machine for almost £500 and should have had £14 cashback. Checked T&Cs and no reason why it should have been declined. TC please remove Ninja from your service if they cannot honour the cashback they advertise.

	made a purchase of a air fryer and declined made a purchase of a ninja air fryer in December 2024 for £179.99 and declined my £!2.50 cash back on 31st August 2025, no reason given, have my money and not giving cash back promised, I will avoid making any purchases with ninja in the future, had no reason to cancel a verified purchase! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

	I recently purchased a Ninja product I recently purchased a Ninja product that was advertised with a £50 cashback offer. I followed all the required steps to submit my claim. However, after completing the process, I was asked for additional information. When I attempted to log in to track my claim and submit the requested code, I never received the login email. This has made it very difficult — and so far impossible — to receive the promised cashback. The process feels unnecessarily complicated, and the technical issues have prevented me from completing my claim despite meeting all the requirements. I hope Ninja can review and improve this promotion process so that customers can receive their cashback easily and without these barriers.

	Always decline cashback I honestly don't know why I bother going through TCB for Ninja. I've bought multiple Ninja items and they have rejected cashback every single time. no reason given. At this point it would be as well to say that Ninja, despite saying otherwise, do not do cashback. if you have managed to get cashback from them, good job, you're one of the lucky ones, as you can see from the long list of one star reviews from the 154 left on this site. I'm pretty sure TCB should be able to track the decline percentage, and remove Ninja if they are just going to decline everything. Good products, crap at tracking and giving cashback.

	Cashback Declined Myself and my colleague bought from Ninja via Topcashback. Both cashback was declined with no real reason given. I think Topcashback need to review Ninja bring on their website as judging by all of the review there are many in the same boat. Disappointing.
