	Cashback did not track initially and it took a few months for the claim to be resolved. However with patience, this claim went straight to payable. Secret Escapes has great offers, well worth using cashback on top!

	Tracked, Confirmed & Paid in 10 days. While many of their holidays are out of my budget they have some good deals and have had a good experience in Cornwall with Secrete Escapes in the past for a bargain price.

	Transaction did not track and claim twice rejected as Secret Escapes claimed to not be able to find my booking. I queried this with them directly to be told that apparently my booking was actually made through their affiliate Expedia and through their affiliate Anytime Hotels. Needless to say my booking couldn't be traced and cashback not paid.

	Booked holiday and cashback tracked. Went on holiday and when returned cashback denied. Lodged claim but Secretescapes say no record even though been on holiday. Would not trust cashback from them.

	Avoid! Cashback declined for no reason, I did everything 100% correctly and it was rejected. I will avoid this website in the future.

	Keep rejecting claims Last four claims have all be rejected they say i didnot go through top cash back , ok will accept first on as maybe I did not ,but other three i know i did and still no cash back . Show up on my history log but once they say no , on where to go , not good

	Not impressed I linked straight to the site from TC and made a purchase. According to the provider my referral was not via TC. No idea who got the money then and they don;t appear to want to discuss. Disappointing but also a bit sad (:

	To everyone saying 'wow, I'll use these guys again'... don't bother, they've changed (or perhaps started enforcing) their terms and conditions... meaning cashback is only for new customers, that'll be the first time you use them. Very disappointing.

	Good holiday but declined a LARGE payment as they said we were existing customers. Rubbish! Never booked anything with them before - just been on the newsletter distribution.

	Do not trust them, I have booked with them in the past and had no problems, however judging by my most recent experience and that of other members something has changed at secret escapes and they are now offering cashback they have no intention of paying . Two stays were tracking but never moved to payable, when I queried this, the cashback was promptly declined!! Avoid!
