	That transfer proces was a night mare. All meesed up. Took me month to sort it out. Keep changing my DD collection and I can't put it back to the original even if I'm on fixed deal. Hard to contact. Long waiting time.

	When i changed to Scottish Power the cash back was £120, and then eventually after months only received £30. Certainly won't be staying with Scottish Power.

	Very disappointed this transaction has still not tracked. The only reason I signed up with them was for the cashback as I could have got an equivalent rate with my existing provider at the time.

	Dreadful. From the reviews i cant beleive they are allowed to offer cashback. May look enticing but they wont pay!
