This was actually car insurance not life insurance, cashback required lots of chasing up, took 8 months to come and the policy was paid for in full at time of purchase.

Doesn't track.
Cleared my cache, logged back in to TCB, clicked straight through using the button to apply for the policy. All seemed fine but it didn't track.
Tried to appeal but they are saying they can't locate my policy, despite it being all over my emails and policy documents.
Avoid.
