Quick paying
Loved shopping with Sage directly. Also, their shipping was next day, rather than 3-5 working days selected so that's a bonus.

Declined with no feasible explanation
I clicked through on my phone to buy parts. Nothing ever showed up. Chased it and was given some crazy reason by Sage about clearing my cache. Never had this from any other purchase. Just looks like an excuse from them.

Don't rely on cashback
The item I received is great, I really love it and glad I bought it. The cashback however did not track and after submitting a claim, like others have mentioned, Sage did not payout and said TopCashback was not the last referrer. Wish I'd bought it from somewhere like Curry's who do pay. So great products but don't rely on the cashback.

Consistently good
We regularly order replacement filters for our coffee machine and the cashback is always approved extremely quickly (within a couple of days). Great service!

Multiple CB not tracked and manual claims declined.
Firstly the cashback offered is pityful. Then it doesnt track automatically despite clearing cache cookies etc. Then a manual claim gets declined as not hte first referrer. I have video proof of clearing cache and clicking through to the retailer, but Sage just will not pay out CB. Use at your own risk.
