not impressed. done everything by the book and cashback has been declined £30.30 in total and I do not know why. Policy is still in force and no claims have been made.

Avoid - Cashback initially tracked when I bought Car Insurance Policy in Feb 2018 and the subsequently declined. Submitted missing cashback claim 12 May 2018. Final response received 8 Oct 2018 saying the network agency had not identified Top Cashback as the last referral for my transaction. This is complete and utter rubbish. Needless to say I will not be renewing with them.

Cashback declined for no reason. I took out a new car insurance policy through Topcashback in April 2018 but although cashback initially tracked it was later declined. This was a new policy & I used no other discount code. A missing cashback claim was raised but as at Oct 2018 my cashback has still not been received.

Saga are totally incompetent. They are incapable of setting up a simple car insurance policy. Their internal communication is non-existent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Brought insurance in Nov 17 and almost immediately Saga declined the payout. I got TCB to look into this and i have finally got my cashback. Impressed with TCB but not impressed with Saga.

Tracked straight away when I bought car insurance even confirmed during the payment by Saga. Then they declined it! Took nearly four months submitting claim helped by the TCB team who were excellent. My experience with Saga (faster paying LOL) very poor and won't bother with them again.

CB tracked and alson showed on Saga site whilst purchasing car insurance. Then Pending amount went to declined after about four weeks. Opened missing cashback claim so will take ages. Have all the proofs, screen grabs etc. so my advice, don't trust Saga if you expect cashback.

Cashback tracked very quickly but now cashback declined even though I was very careful to generate a new quote through Topcashback before purchasing. No idea why declined. I have opened a missing cashshback claim so I'll wait and see what Saga's reply is!

Saga declined my cashback saying I hadn't arranged the insurance through Topcashback which is nonsense. I only took the policy because of the cashback so feel I have been ripped off. I won't use Saga again!
