	Easy to use & tracked immediately. Unfortunately after a few months they initially rejected it so I had to put in a claim, which they have now just paid out on! After 7 months we have finally got there! So thanks Saga...& thanks to TCB for sorting it out. :)

	This is the first time I've ever had a problem with receiving cashback. I purchased Saga car insurance 12 Oct which tracked, but I never received the £30 cashback as it was later declined. Submitted a missing cashback claim & 2 weeks ago I sent a nudge as status had not changed. Status moved to pending shortly after this & today became payable. So thank you TCB for finally sorting it out.

	Cashback didn't go through at full amount, have waited nearly 2 years for the correct payment which was eventually sorted by Topcashback, excellent solution from them.

	Initially tracked ok, then cashback gets dropped to zero. Submitted a Missing Cashback claim which was initally added to the account, but then declined.

	Purchased car insurance sept last year, paid in full at time of purchase. Saga did not post transaction so had to wait for over4 months before claim could be submitted by tcb, saga refused to pay cash back. I followed all guidelines e.g. Clear cookies, etc as I have done many times in the last 6 years of being a tcb member but saga would not pay. Absolutely disgusted.

	Absolutely disgusted with SAGA. I always clear cookies, etc before I purchase so as not to encounter a problem, I paid for my Annual Car Insurance IN FULL in September last year, I have not cancelled or amended my policy since then - Fact. TCB are now informing me there is no chance I will get the £30 cashback and SAGA will not give a reason as to why!

	An absolute nightmare. Bought their car insurance (not the cheapest) but had TCB which swayed me. The transaction did not go on my account, they charged my card but the insurance wasn’t processed so I was NOT insured, I rang them to rectify and they charged me AGAIN for my cover which I had to wait ten days to recover. My insurance was purchased in July and the cash back still hasn’t been paid. AVOID....their I.T. System is a big fail.
