Easy to use & tracked immediately. Unfortunately after a few months they initially rejected it so I had to put in a claim, which they have now just paid out on! After 7 months we have finally got there! So thanks Saga...& thanks to TCB for sorting it out. :)

Had to wait many months, cashback was declined at first for a genuine purchase, then had to wait a few more months.......not impressed!!!

Pretty Good. It did quote 12 weeks for the cashback, and only went over this by less than a week, which is good for an insurance company. I would recommend Saga Car Insurance.

This is the first time I've ever had a problem with receiving cashback. I purchased Saga car insurance 12 Oct which tracked, but I never received the £30 cashback as it was later declined. Submitted a missing cashback claim & 2 weeks ago I sent a nudge as status had not changed. Status moved to pending shortly after this & today became payable. So thank you TCB for finally sorting it out.
