Disappointing cash back offer which was NOT honored by Safeguard
It took me some 6 months of chasing to finally get my cashback which had not been fully honored But I will add that I did get the final amount, but this was paid by Top-cashback not Safeguard. I therefore must thank Top-cashback for paying the final amount but I do not feel this should have been the case and Safeguard advertised an amount and after the qualifying time should have paid not rely on my tenacity to get it sorted again thank you Touchback.
Therefor I am unable to recommend Safeguard to any of your customers, all I hope is that I do not need to make a claim as I do not know if this would be honored
