Iplaced an order and forgot to put in my voucher code for 20% off as i was a new customer. I could not cancel the order and the e-mailed them to ask if they could refund the 20%, only to be told no as they have so many security measures in place. I have now escalated to a manger because £10 to some is important

Have ordered from Roman three times now and have no complaints with their products however, all three transactions failed to track.
Avoid if you want cashback as this company obviously don't honour the agreement.
