Iplaced an order and forgot to put in my voucher code for 20% off as i was a new customer. I could not cancel the order and the e-mailed them to ask if they could refund the 20%, only to be told no as they have so many security measures in place. I have now escalated to a manger because £10 to some is important

All Cashback Declined for Partial Refund
Initially cashback on £200 order tracked. However, when I returned badly fitting tops worth £40, the whole cashback was declined. Yes, this is stated on the topcashback tracking email where it says cashback will not be paid if your purchase is returned but doesn't make it clear that ALL cashback will be declined if only part of the purchase is returned. Very disappointed.
