Have just had my cash back declined. I bought three items. Had to return two but kept the third. Total cashback declined. Also. They take £3 off everything you return. Phoned customer services and had curt service. Sizes not consistent. Would not recommend. Other comatose welcome your custom.

Have ordered from Roman three times now and have no complaints with their products however, all three transactions failed to track.
Avoid if you want cashback as this company obviously don't honour the agreement.
