I bought a policy through topcashback in July and am STILL waiting for the cash back! estimated date is the end of November so I don't hold out much hope. very disappointing.

As usual the larger amounts always fail to track then you send forever waiting for the retailer when you chase them. Likely outcome. ZIP

Tracked quickly at lower amount then stated but did say this may happen but went all the way to payable at the lower amount, even with missing commission submitted. Still waiting to see if I get my final £20. We will see...

1month passed and no tracking or acknowledgment that I have taken out car insurance with RAC at £60 cashback. I now have 3 outstanding cases with top cashback ( up to this last 6 months never had any problems with my purchases is it due to 'cut backs' I ask myself) hopefully I will get a good result at some time with RAC otherwise it makes the insurance more expensive than I could have got.

I bought car insurance with RAC in October of last year, making monthly payments and expecting £70 from TCB. Like previous posters, the transaction tracked successfully at first before appearing as £0, having been rejected for no obvious reason. I suspect that after changing their terms and conditions to include annual payment, RAC have tried to get away with not honouring claims made before this. Only now, some 10 months later, is the money in my account, after no little persistence in chasing it, and help from TCB in making sure I had done everything correctly.
I would urge those of you in the same position not to allow it to pass, and get TCB involved in helping you too. Don't let RAC Car Insurance or similar companies get complacent with poor customer service.

Transaction date of 27th Aug, the transaction still hasn't been tracked / acknowledged! Disgusted that Topcashback have simply closed my enquiry stating they cannot see any transaction. I have been using this site for years and never had any issues, running through the usual checks. But note, TopCashBack pay the RAC cash back, may be why it's not tracked!!!

Transacted on 26 May 2010 and now payable as at 3 August 2010. BUT at the wrong rate of £42.50. STILL waiting after nearly a month for my claim to boost ot to £65 as advertised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Bough x2 RAC policies through TCB; first had issues which were finally resolved by TBC; bought second policy in May and both have now become payable. Very pleased as RAC was about the cheapest insurance anyway, and this makes it even better!

I bought car insurance with RAC last October. I wouldn't have bought it, but for the cashback...I could've gotten it cheaper elsewhere!
Finally, through alot of intervention from TCB, they say they will pay me the £70.00 in September. that is 10 months later! not very good! Of course, if I get the cashback, that will be great. But I would hesitate to believe any further offers!

My transaction was made 26 May 2010 and tracked at £42.50, less than the promised £65. The site did say to expect this and the amount should eventually show the offer at the date of transaction.
Today is 7 July 2010 and the commission has been confirmed - at £42.50!
Have just submitted an enquiry.
So I am waiting again.

When I took out car insurance the offer was for £80.00 cashback for monthly or annual payers.
The amount was in my account several months..then disappeared! Seems they changed their mind. Not really acceptable seeing as the reason I went with RAC was for the cashback incentive. Don't bother go with someone else!!
