	Tracked at lower amount straight away and this was mentioned on the product page but went all the way through to payable at £40 not £65. Have just eventually received the rest about 4 months later!!

	Failed to track initially, raise an enquiry and now 2 weeks after policy is live it's being tracked. Will wait and see if it pays out sometime around December

	wow, what a coincidence! the day after I submit a comment my £22.50 that was missing suddenly becomes payable. Result. got the original £65 offer paid into my account.

	Purchased in June 2010 with the offer of £65 cashback. Tracked at £42.50 for 3 months and then became payable at £42.50! I have contacted tcb who have said it could be another few months before I get the £22.50- if I ever do! Not impressed. Would not recommend buying a policy with RAC via the tcb. I have not had any other problems with other retailers when I use this site.

	Took our car insurance in July, promised £60 casback. Its now 16th October and not yet tracked. Sent numerous nudges - no joy!

	Firsthawkeye - seems about right if you look at my comment on 17/9/10! What really annoys me is that these people seem to be able to get away with saying one thing and doing another. It's like 'it's OK they'll not complain'.

	When I took out car insurance the offer was for £80.00 Cashback. The amount tracked straight away was at £60.00 so put in a claim for incorrect Cashback but was surprised to see 2 weeks later that the Cashback total had reduced again to £55 rather than raised to the £80.00 quoted?

	I have waited now 6 months for this cashback and we still seem to be no further forward. RAC acted as a broker in this and the policy is with L & V. I have every faith in the topcashback team obtaining these monies but had I of known it was going to take this time I would not of taken the insurance out with RAC.

	UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THE RAC CAR INSURANCE THROUGH CASHBACK. Firstly the application form reverted to an old quote we did direct on RAC website. Then the application form would not accept the membership number. When we contacted RAC Insurance ( AVIVA) the next morning they could only add membership number by cancelling the first policy. This meant removing the £60 cashback offer. They also took a complete new payment and I waited 6 (SIX) weeks for a refund. I was promised a £30 cashback direct from the RAC which never arrived. I have written to the Chief Exec and have had a reply telling me they will reply within 20 working days. This was followed by a another letter on the 19th day telling me to wait another 20 days. TRY RING THE CUSTOMER SERVICES NUMBER AND WAIT...WAIT.... WAIT..... WAIT..... NO NOONE WILL TALK TO ME...THANK GOODNESS I DIDN'T DO BOTH CARS AT THE SAME TIME.

	I have tried for the 7th time today in two weeks, unfortunately their online quote system doesn't work. Evertime it asks me to ring them up to proceed. I don't know if others are experiencing the same problem, or may be just me.

	Well well. Just logged on to see there was no change to my outstanding claim and I see that the cashback offered on the homepage is £80! I wonder how much that actulaly means? £52 if it's in the same proportion as £42.50 received to £65.00 offered!

	Tracked at £42.50 not £65 as advertised. There is a note to say this will track lower and then reflect a the higher figure at a later date. My cashback has now been confirmed and paid but only at £42.50 - waiting to hear why.......

	And I'm confused - the information re the cash back says Topcashback pays the commission after verification by the RAC. Well if I got £42, where the hell is the rest TCB?? Why does my claim say 'waiting for retailer'? I AM WELL CHEESED OFF!

	The cashback did not appear and I set an enquiry after almost 3 months. Topcashback eventually obtained the cashback but after a further 2 months and a nudge - but thank you for geting the money.
