Always book Q-Park for their 6pm to 2am special rate for attending concerts in Manchester & Leeds. My cashback always tracks & is accepted.

Didn't track and said couldn't find details of order
Used this three times. Didn't track on any occasion, but on raising a claim they said they couldn't find details of my order. Car parks are generally good but expensive. Don't rely on receiving any cashback though.

Speedy cashback payout and excellent customer service. Bit of a problem with bar code on leaving the car park ended up paying twice. Emailed QPark, prompt response and refund of extra payment within two days.

Cashback is logged most of the time and pays quickly. It almost NEVER tracks accurately though, which means I constantly have to lodge claims. But usually it all works out.
