This is actually a terrible merchant when it comes to accurate tracking. After MULTIPLE transactions with them, bonus amounts RARELY tracked earning base amounts only. Takes AGES to resolve on a complaint, also. Just shocking!

Don't use Q-park car parks pre-pay service. They don't answer the intercom button so you are forced to buy a ticket on the day anyway to get out and they don't give your money back
