	You pay more and dont get the cashback. If you go via TCB your price will be higher than going to the website directly, given the CB doesnt clear either you are out of pocket. TCB should remove this vendor for these practices.

	Don't ignore the negative reviews, like I unfortunately did My purchase didn't track to start with. I submitted a Missing Cashback Claim only for it to be declined. I was given the same dishonest 'final referrer' reason that many of the other reviewers here were told too. It makes you wonder, if Proton VPN is either this dishonest or incompetent in the handling of our cashback ... how trustworthy are they with our data?

	Like many, they said it was the final referrer I wouldn't believe the 5 star reviews of it tracking. Like many, I waited 4-5 months only for it to be denied. What made it worse is you're paying full price for it vs the offers they have without topcashback and then when it doesn't track, you wait beyond the 30 day refund policy so you can't cancel it. I don't have a fault with topcashback as nearly every purchase has given cashback. Its no coincidence so many are not getting cashback. It's a scam to use topcashback with protonvpn as only topcashback as the final referrer gives you this non-discounted price; normal protonvpn always gives a discount.

	Claim rejected Had a reply after 4 months, claim was rejected reason given was that 'TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase.' ProtonVPN seem to reject an awful lot of claims!

	No cash back, average experience Cashback was rejected due to "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." despite never having this issue with other suppliers. Service itself is no better than any other I've tried. connection speeds are ok, but large amount of sites see it as a VPN service and so puts you through a large amount of bot checks. More hassle than it's worth and not worth the premium price.

	nothing came back nothing came back. even after i showed purchase receipt. don’t bother. i only got because of the cash back offer otherwise would have gone elsewhere. nothing from TopCashback in response either so just gonna delete my account and go elsewhere for cashback rewards

	Good product but poor tracking Twice I've had them not track my purchase despite all other sites tracking fine on TCB. They don't seem to respond to claims very quick either, have one currently unresponsive for six months now.

	Took two days to pay out. Like the last reviewr, got confirmed the next day, 40% paid out day after. Can't fault it. Great VPN at decent price.

	Service is good so far - cashback moved to payable very quickly I took a chance on this as there are 4 x 1-star reviews complaining about not getting cashback. First of all, Proton are pretty much the only VPN I have found that unblocks ALL the geoblocked sites I use. You should have no concerns about the product. I was with Surfshark before this and although the Surfshark app is probably the best, over time gradually more and more of their servers got blocked by content providers and they seem to be very slow to rotate away from the servers/IPs that are blocked. As for the cashback, I made my payment on 28 June and it moved to payable on 1 July. 5*.

	Anyone received cashback ? Just looking at ProtonVPN and wondered if anyone has received the cashback ?. Going by the previous reviews it sounds like no ? It would be nice to know before I make a decision who to go for. I placed one star because it sounds like people haven't received cashback ! I have a free ProtonVPN account and they're great 5 star

	The VPN service is absolutely fantastic. No problems with it at all, except the cashback didn't track properly and it has been almost a year since I submitted a claim. I have still not had any response or confirmation. Hopefully hear back soon but don't expect to now.
