	Cashback for this company is a complete scam I've placed 3 or 4 orders with protein works (through topcashback) over the past couple of years and the orders never, ever track so I have to open a 'missing cashback' claim every time, which takes months to resolve. All previous cashback has eventually been paid, until today when I just received a message from topcashback saying that on my order of £160 they are unable to recover my cashback due to "This retailer has since left the site or changed the network it uses to look after its cashback program". A quick search shows protein works is still on topcashback, proudly boosting of anything from 6% to 12% cash back depending on whether you are a new customer. This is a complete scam and an absolute joke. I will never place another order with protein works as they are not to be trusted.

	Weird Refused cashback. Don't know why. New customer, used their approved voucher which they send every day by email. Didn't send anything back. Happy with product but disapointed about cashback.

	Cashback tracked but declined They declined the cashback with no explanation, no other vouchers or offers were used except the approved one for free shipping. Won't use them again, as similar products on My Protein which has had no issues in the past for similar prices.

	First time purchase, Chocolate and Salted Caramel taste great, Vanilla ok, costs less than previous supplier but I dont think I will buy again because its not as filling as other brand and Peanut butter is oilier. Cashback paid 29 days after purchase.
