	Declined 'for a laugh'. This company is a mixed bag when it comes to paying out. The last few purchases have been declined for a cop out of an excuse of not being tracked through topcashback.co.uk. BUT other companies have tracked perfectly fine and paid out when they said they would. What a very naughty company??

	Received cashback before i received my order Read differing reviews about Protein Works, but decided to give them a go through Topcashback. Think its actually the quickest i have ever received cashback and cashback was actually ready to payout before my products arrived.

	Never pays Ordered multiple times always declines no matter how many hoops you jump through. Every time I've bought something I've had to open a claim for missing cashback and then they never pay you as much as the original offer stated

	Always had to lodge a missing claim Almost very order I have placed has required me to lodge a missing claim as it has not tracked. The one and only that did track was the incorrect value and less than I was expecting. They have however paid out eventually.

	Fast! Wasn't counting on casback after seeing all the 1* reviews... Placed a £62 order, as a new customer, on Tuesday. £7.96 cashback PAYABLE on Thursday. I've never had a payout from a merchant, TopGiftCards aside, in such a short time. Outstanding.

	Declined as per usual Cashback was declined, as loads say on here , despite no discount codes used. This has happened several times with Protein works. They should not be on this site.

	Don’t pay cashback Very poor company for cashback payment. Payment tracked to begin with then got declined after a couple of weeks. Saying my purchase isn’t eligible even though I check terms and conditions to begin with and made a purchase with out a voucher code. Looks like a lot of other people have the same issue going on reviews, why be on top cashback if you have zero intention of paying it. Poor company

	Very quick cashback Ordered some shakes through Protein works, The cash back was tracked immediately and I was quite surprised that the cash back went payable within a few days. Very good.

	Don't buy on assumption of receiving cashback I placed an order at the end of May 2025, that tracked and was fully compliant with the various exceptions. Protein works have declined to pay cashback and responded to my TCB complaint with: "No commission is due to TopCashback for this order." No further explanation is given, presumably because they do not have a leg to stand on - other than I don't want to pay. In short, buy your protein from PW if that's what you want, but do not do so in the expectation that you will receive cashback. Disappointing result as I thought the product was good, but they are now on my retailer avoid list.

	Ready to payout in record 2 days!! I haven't received the order yet and the cashback is ready to payout, I'm very pleased. I love their vegan protein and there are frequently reductions on their products. I can see alot of negative reviews about this company so just had to share my positive experience

	Company Doesn't pay out The Cashback percentage was the reason i placed an order with this company. Cashback was declined with company stating topcashback.co.uk was not the reason the order was made.

	Super speedy payout Ordered on Friday and had the cashback in my account by Monday. I know 3 days is probably not the norm but all in all I’m very impressed. They have the best whey protein on the market too!
