Terrible, after 3 years of waiting they didn't pay out and TopCashBack have been brilliant chasing this up, I have accepted 50% of the cashback offered. I wouldn't recommend this casino at all.

Don't bank on cashback . Followed all the requirements but they turned down the cashback but impossible to get a satisfactory explanation. There are many other casinos on offer so don't bother with this one.

They declined my cash back by saying I was an existing member when I was not. They have since updated their terms to say you can not already be a member of William Hill either which was not the case. Taking the matter further as it was false advertising.

Myself and a number of friends have used this site via topcashback and have gambled at least £20 and expected £55 in cash back, sounds to good to be true at least £35 in free cash! But as yet no acknowledgment at all , even after complaining. So DONT uses it is a con and a scam!!!!!!

DO NOT TOUCH THESE WITH A BARGE POLE!.
I did everything correctly only to be told after weeks of opening a claim that they have no trace - I have emails, bank statements, account info and still they are not interesed - They should not be advertised on this site.

I pretty much gave up ever seeing my £56 untracked cashback from Nov 2012.. Thanks to topcashback for all your work and alas 2 years later....boom straight to payable just in time to buy GTA V!!!!!!!

Joined this site in May 2013 completed all requirements yet it never tracked. Claim was lodged, along with multiple nudges and the claim is still waiting for a response from the merchant 15 months later. This site is not worth using for a cashback offer.

A disaster and scam. Please avoid as this merchant is clearly only paying certain people and ignoring the rest of the cashback claims without valid reason.
I'm very disappointed in TopCashBack actually continuing with this merchant.

After 15 months I received £32 instead of £56. I'm surprised to have actually got anything at all but have now removed the Prestige software from my computer. I'd avoid Prestige at all costs.

Did the original transaction in October 2012, cashback amount of £56, still yet to recieve it however its confirmed, and also its a much lesser amount as well. Wouldn't touch these with a barge pole.
