	Lodged a missed earnings claim back in January. Was sent to the retailer a few days later and still heard nothing. Sent a few nudges to topcashback staff who don't seem bothered as they haven't got back to me. will stick to another marketing channel in future I think.

	Like many other people commenting on here, I followed all the requirements in February and here I am in September still having TCB chase this merchant for my cashback. Not good and not right. TCB should remove a merchant who has so many untracked claims. We all play fair - so should Prestige. Live up to your name and prove me wrong - but I don't expect to see any cashback.

	Six months since my click-through, install of the product, paying and gambling my £20, still no cashback. I've raised a cashback claim months ago and give numerous 'nudges' to TopCashBack still without any success. I'm doubtful the cashback will be coming and this frankly reflects on Prestige Casino as a business. I would expect TopCashBack to remove businesses that cause this type of bother - Businesses that make an offer and don't stick to it. I would also take the claim "95.5% Satisfied with this merchant - Based on over 1,000 completed transactions", with a huge pinch of salt.

	I am one of the many, it seems that has been having trouble with this retailer. I decided to ignore the negative reviews about this retailer and go ahead due to high cash back. However my experience has been like many other peoples in that the promised cashback has neither tracked or materialised since I purchased from them way back on the 15th march 2013. It is now 03rd August 2013. Have raised cashback query with topcash and nudged them a couple of times but still no response. AVOID THIS RETAILER

	Dreadful . Since 26/12/12. Keep nudging. The transaction is there and lo and behold 6 months on and 'Prestige' is still not resolved. Terrible merchant. Avoid

	tracked and paid reletively quickly, made some money playing aswell, which was in my account within a few days. Very good, cannot think of anything to improve the experience.

	update cashback of £56.56 finally now "payable" about 7months after depositing/playing. We got there in the end but it took some work! If you can afford to wait ages and post quite a few custome rcare queries, go for it as it is quite a generous cashback amount.

	I first put in a claim for missing cashback in July 2012 - I'm still waiting for anything to happen despite various messages and nudges. If the cue is that long, I may never get the cashback owed!

	Not a good expereince so far. Deposited and played money as directed, but four weeks later still not tracked. It remains to be seen whether they sort it out or not.

	Wouldn't bother touching! Did not track and am pretty convinced despite the claim I will never see this Cashback. The website you are forwarded to makes you download software and deposit through that, assume this is where all traceability of using TC is lost.

	Played Prestige in July 2012 and fulfilled requirements. It did not track and TCB are still waiting for these people to approve the claim. I do think that 7 months is a little long to get a response!
