	My cashback has now been declined by this merchant after over a year of waiting. Just to be clear I know very well how to qualify for cashback (I'm nearly up to 2k). This is the first ever cashback I have had declined and I have been using topcashback for a few years. My advice would be to avoid this merchant.

	don't use this site made deposit did not track put a claim in with topcashback.after a couple of months claim was rejected prestige could not find me as a player

	14 months, repeated chasing up and still no response or cashback. Either TCB are not bothering to chase the merchant or the merchant is refusing to respond. If it’s the merchant not responding then why are they still allowed to be on this site if they are refusing to communicate with TCB. 14 months - Absolutely shocking service.

	I waited over 12 months to have my cash back declined. Have done many gambling cash backs though TC so know the correct process. Very disappointed with prestige. I would recommend not using them for cash back.

	Absolute joke,steer well clear as you'll never receive your cashback.I can only assume the glowing reviews/5stars, are left by either A.a small minority who were very fortunate, or B.Prestige casino staff,probably the latter

	Signed up in July 2013. Here we are nearly 8 months later and still no cashback... It isn't even showing in my account and has been in the customer care claims help area Since August 2013 - Appalling Service!!

	Nearly 12 months have passed since I applied for this missing cashback. TCB have chased this repeatedly with no response. I was sure to stick rigidly to the T&Cs, even gambled through the original stake twice as many times as I should've needed to but still nothing. I won't expect to see the cashback. Luckily I made a few quid on the bets, so Prestige still lost out to me.

	Don't do it. Its a con. I did exactly as the conditions ask 9 months ago and put in a claim when it didn't track. Top cashback have tried to chase it up twice and Prestige haven't even bothered to respond.

	I would not recommend Prestige Casino. I joined back in February 2013 and have still had nothing to show in my account and date now is 14 November. Top cash back have tried to chase his up for me several times with no luck. Avoid

	Went through the wagering requirements in March, nothing tracked so put a claim in. Finally got a response over 7 months later saying it is 'on hold', why are TCB bothering with these timewasters?
