	DONT BOTHER! What's the point in keeping this site on here. Didn't track and had to submit a claim. This was over 3 months ago and still nothing. What a Scam! AVOID!!

	So far this has not be a enjoyable experience,I have been with this casino website for 4 months and tracked very quickly.cashback websites are very hit and miss. so far nothing has materialized I have lodge a claim but I am not holding my breath

	I deposited £20 and wagered over £25 straight away, however the cashback has not tracked and nothing has been resolved yet. That was well over a month ago now. I'd avoid it.

	Did not track, I made a manual claim and they have refused to pay even though I lost over 1200 quid and went to them direct from topcashback, avoid at all costs

	Meet the cashback criteria, wagered £20 and my cashback didn't tracked. Put in a claim on April 30th and Topcashback just got back to me today with the outcome ! Been told that Prestige Casino declined my claim without giving a reason. Therefore I'll suggest people AVOID this merchant to avoid disappointment !!!

	Three and half months has passed and no cash back. Claim submitted but not looking hopeful. Still, keeping fingers crossed that the recent 'Nudge' will help out. Oh, also had a VERY BAD where they froze my account for no reason and never received any response to emails sent to Customer Services. Reached the point when my emails were bouncing back!! Very lazy, unresponsive CS from Prestige/William Hill. I would avoid anything connected to them - they don't care, the just want to steal your money!!

	This casino is very bad. They give a bonus for eeach deposit and then when you win you can not withdraw money until you wager 15 times the deposit amount. I deposited £500 and received £150 I played and reached £1021 wwhen I tried to withdraw they said you have to wager 15 times the amount of the depisit which makes it abount £2250 so you have to carry on playing until you loose your money. It is a scam

	Site ok but same as others paid and played through the minimum £20 as specified on TCB but the cashback didn't track and I submitted a missing cashback claim. After a week TCB has not update the ticket at all so it is looking dubious. It should be ok theoretically as William Hill as behind this site.

	As per previous two comments. The site is good and playable. I clicked through, funded account with required amount but no sign of cashback tracking. Claim lodged with tcb, we'll wait and see!

	DO NOT TOUCH THESE WITH A BARGE POLE!. I did everything correctly only to be told after weeks of opening a claim that they have no trace - I have emails, bank statements, account info and still they are not interesed - They should not be advertised on this site.

	I am one of the many, it seems that has been having trouble with this retailer. I decided to ignore the negative reviews about this retailer and go ahead due to high cash back. However my experience has been like many other peoples in that the promised cashback has neither tracked or materialised since I purchased from them way back on the 15th march 2013. It is now 03rd August 2013. Have raised cashback query with topcash and nudged them a couple of times but still no response. AVOID THIS RETAILER

	I first put in a claim for missing cashback in July 2012 - I'm still waiting for anything to happen despite various messages and nudges. If the cue is that long, I may never get the cashback owed!
