So far this has not be a enjoyable experience,I have been with this casino website for 4 months and tracked very quickly.cashback websites are very hit and miss.

Meet the cashback criteria, wagered £20 and my cashback didn't tracked. Put in a claim on April 30th and Topcashback just got back to me today with the outcome ! Been told that Prestige Casino declined my claim without giving a reason. Therefore I'll suggest people AVOID this merchant to avoid disappointment !!!

Joined to get the huge cashback based on £20 spend - was dubious so played sensibly on blackjack and wond pretty much all the money back.
Withdrew my initial deposit and got cashback 1 month later. No qualms or arguments from them.
Only thing is customer service email for them didnt seem to work and Im now locked out of account... they keep adding a bonus to my account.
PS - DO NOT USE THE BONUS UNTIL YOU DEPOSIT, PLAY AND WITHDRAW. That way you WILL get your winnings back without a play criteria. Once withdrawn then use the code they send you for free money to play with! :)

Tracked quickly and paid out on time - that's a five star service for me.
No ID passport/driving licence scans needed as an ID check to get cash withdrawal either, which is always a potential pitfall.
Make sure you use a legit email address as if you are lucky enough to win you need to use a code sent via email to make the withdrawal.

Three and half months has passed and no cash back. Claim submitted but not looking hopeful. Still, keeping fingers crossed that the recent 'Nudge' will help out.
Oh, also had a VERY BAD where they froze my account for no reason and never received any response to emails sent to Customer Services. Reached the point when my emails were bouncing back!! Very lazy, unresponsive CS from Prestige/William Hill.
I would avoid anything connected to them - they don't care, the just want to steal your money!!

absymal website and service - be careful about bonuses as if you take one of their bonuses it means you have to gamble awy your amount several times before you can take money outto a stage where it is unlikely that youw ill come out with anything..I signed up on May 3rd and am still waiting for the cashback despite several nudges

I was a little sceptical with this, given the other reviews here.
But deposited £20 on May 3rd. Got up to around £30 but kept gambling and ending up withdrawing around £18. Withdrawal processed a day later and wasn't asked to send ID.
It tracked a few hours later and has just gone to confirmed today (May 29th).
Now just waiting for it to be paid next month! :)
