I would like to recommend Premier Inn Excel to anyone looking 4 a pleasant stay when visiting the O2 arena/Greenwich area. Modern,warm, clean hotel & excellent value if booked with their current room deals.

Got a call from the hotel as I was driving there, literally a mile away. They'd had storm damage and my room was affected but they booked me into a hotel 500yds down the road and paid the difference in price. Were extremely polite and apologised all night (and offered free breakfast which I declined as I was also offered it in my replacement hotel!)
Can't rate the hotel itself (Guildford Worplesdon) but top marks for dealing with the problem, and would book there again in a flash

tracked quickly, not a great cashback amount though compared to other companies, especially the price you can pay for hotels with them. Bit disapointing that they have a different rate for week stays and weekends. well every little helps I suppose
