I purchased this last December and as of today 12 may 2012 have still not received my cash back. Must admit product is very good but disappointed with time taken to receive cash back, fingers crossed I manage to receive the cash back

It took almost 2 years for this retailer to advise that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'whixh is strange, as I only ever use Top Cash Back.
What a con. It's easy for a retailer to offer a high cashback amount if they have no intention of paying out.
Will not be purchasing from PC Tools again.
