Originally declined my payment for no reason. However when I raised a claim they quickly reinstated it and moved it to pending. Although they did try and make out that it was pending before my claim, which it wasn't or I couldn't have raised the claim

2 separate purchases and no payment
I followed the link twice and both occasions on 2 separate orders on different days they have not logged . I have contacted Top Cashback and still waiting for payment. I need to order again but annoyed with this

Refused my claim saying TCB wasn't last referrer, i've been using TCB for over 10 years and know how to make sure cashback tracks, funny how they refused this claim with a higher cashback percentage but accepted my purchase a few months back with a lower one.

Cashback declined as Pandora said didn't identify I had come via TCB. I have the screenshot showing TCB confirming my visit and made the purchase witihn 10 minutes of leaving TCB so I know that is not correct.
