	Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. I took out a duel fuel one year contract at the end of august 2024 with OVO energy via TopCashback energy compare. That was 10 months ago. I have sent reminders to TopCashback. They have stated that they are waiting for ovo’s network department to confirm my purchase. I spoke with OVO energy and they said that they don’t know anything about it. Not worth the hassle.
