Looks like they have sorted the problems
Like the previous review, I was concerned that the cashback would not show on my account but placed an order and the cashback was showing within a few minutes.

Worried about reviews, but worked ok
After making a purchase, I read the reviews and started to worry. It didn't seem to track, so I raised a ticket, and the cashback appeared relatively quickly and moved to payable status without any further requests. All in all, took a few weeks, good experience.

Doesn’t payout
My claim was refused because they said my purchase wasn’t traceable as coming from TopCashBack. I believe this to be incorrect as I am usually very careful to ensure that all cookies are enabled etc.

Claim rejected for no reason. And this continues to be on TCB website. Either remove them or make them pay

Doesnt pay out
Purchased an IO8
doesnt pay out on the cashback somehow conveniently forgets even touh paid out hundereds for it
Also th customer service is appaling
