Absolutely the worst online retailer I have dealt with.
Sent the product in totally inadequate packaging. It arrived late and broken in two.
Then failed to arrange collection. Despite requests for a refund, 3 weeks later sent a replacement!
Then have since failed to collect this item.
When e-mailed their staff have no clue what is going on. Situation not resolved over a month afrer ordering.

Great item at great price, with discount code, et alone cashback, delivered quickly & was given a 1 hour slot hat it would arrive in & it did! Cashback tracked straight away, waiting for payout time now. Just wanted to say what a great service I got from them

Can't fault the products and delivery, but strange that the 2 purchases I made for under £50 the cash back tracked straightaway, yet purchase over £450 had failed to track and not responding to submitted claim, will be shopping else ware for my new set of clubs!

Bought my dad his christmas present from here. no problems with the retailer but I am still waiting for cashback which hasn't tracked. Claim put in start of Jan and TCB say still 'pending' with retailer. Not good enough

Made 2 purchases but cashback didn't track, put in claim but Topcashback automatically put c/back claim at 5% despite it being 10% at time of purchase (that was the only reason I bought the items that day). Sent requests to change this but they says their systems say it should be 5% so won't change it! Thanks!!
