Cashback got declined with no reason, my husband went with them because we thought it would be a reliable cashback seeing it is the official site. This has been since Sept 2015 and still waiting for it to be resolved. Beware!

Declined as Topcashback not identified as last referral. I am noticing more merchants now declining genuine claims and have lost out on more than £120 over the last couple of years.

I agree totalling with many of the current reviews, this provider does not like to pay out. I have had 2 recent transactions declined for no valid reason and whilst the parking product at Gatwick is excellent the failure to pay the cashback is not. I will probably still book the product but via a third party provider who pays out cashback in good faith.

Transaction tracked but declined for the most ridiculous reason. The reason they are still on TCB as a merchant who offers cash back is beyond me. I wouldbn't bother book them through here again.

Do not use them as they do not pay out. It all tracked correctly and then was declined with no reason, so avoid go through another parking company instead. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Purchased long term parking for June 2015 several months in advance. Cashback recorded but declined after the 100 days was up. Parking also purchased same time last year for June 2014. Also declined then. I am a computer programmer and know how to clear ny PC to ensure any traces that might cause a failure. ANd i have never had any other cashback declined. **** THIS ORGANISATION DO NOT PAY OUT ****. I am wondering about the autheticity of some of the other reviews.

Cashback did not track, and no way to investigate this. TopCashback said it was a retailer issue. Gatwick said it was nothing to do with them. Very annoying.

Booked parking in Feb 2014 for summer holiday in August, and tracks quickly. 4 months later (June) cashback is suddenly declined for no reason. Tried to submit a claim with TCB but not allowed as it's over 100 days since the original booking. Not happy.

Two bookings made through Topcashback in January 2014 have had cashback declined for no good reason. No indication provided and I only realised after doing an audit of my account. This seems a repeat of issues raised previously with this Company.
